Test your mettle in this DRI TRI Indoor Dry Triathlon!

Compete as an individual or as a team of three in this indoor, dry triathlon. 

  • 10 minute Row
  • 15 minute Bike
  • 10 minute Run

The race clock starts at the beginning of the row and stops when you finish the run. Must be completed in above order.

The distance of all 3 events will be totaled for the final score. Awards to the top 3 individuals and top 3 teams with the most distance covered.

 

Registration Information

REGISTRATION EXTENDED UNTIL MARCH 13.

Register at the front desk of any Fitness Center.

Be sure to secure your competition time in advance for March 14 to 18 so that an SFA staff member can record your attempt.
