SFA's Human Performance presents a two-day fitness competition.

Register Now!This two-day fitness competition starts on day one at Balboni Sports Complex on the football field. Day two takes competitors to the Human Performance space in Turner Fitness Center. Both days kick off at 9 a.m.
With three divisions available, Fit, Tough and Mighty, all are welcome to throw their hat in the ring for USFK's Fittest, Toughest and Mightiest.
All patrons with RecTrac access to USAG Humphreys fitness centers are welcome to compete, all guest policies still apply. Must be 18 years or older (17 if Active Duty) to participate.

When considering the appropriate division to compete in, review the movement standards listed below. While workouts themselves may not be released in advance, competitors need to be able to perform the following listed in each division. Movement standard lists may not be all inclusive but cover the most challenging requirements in each division. All weights are listed in pounds.
Fit (comparable to a beginner individual and/or first-time competitor)

Participants will have 6 minutes to establish a two rep maximum axle bar deadlift.

5 minutes to establish heaviest weighted pull.
Fit: Straight bar row with feet elevated, any grip.
Tough: Strict pull up with pronated grip.
Mighty: Strict chest to bar, any grip.
Rest 1:00, then immediately into a max hang for time.
Fit: Max supine hold with feet elevated on box, any grip (may not change grip style once attempt begins).
Tough: Max straight arm hang with pronated grip.
Mighty: Max chin over the bar hold, any grip (may not change grip style once attempt begins).
Two scores: Maximum weight successfully pulled and hang time.
Day 2, Event 3: "DIE HARDer: Help Is Not On the Way"

Lateral Burpees Over Floor Tape*
*Standing up all the way is not required, however chest and thighs must touch the ground with head, hands and feet remaining on one side of the tape. Stepping over the line is allowed in the Fit division, two foot take off is required in Tough and Mighty.
