Human Performance at Turner Fitness Center Presents Humphreys Games!
Four workouts | Two Divisions: Tough + Mighty (Male and Female Subdivisions)
Tough = beginner, foundational | Mighty = experienced, intermediate
Event 1: Saved By The Bell
- In 4 minutes, establish a max weight for the complex below.
- 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Front Squat
Event 2: Thundercat Horangi 호랑이
- 2:00, 2:00, 2:00, 3:00 work windows, 1:00 rest between each.
- 100 meter Sled Push for time (440*/ 305**)
Buy In Every Work Window
- 16 GHD Sit Ups
- 8 DBall Burpee Box Overs (70*/50**, 42”)
Tough Division:
- 100 meter Sled Push for time (305* / 215**)
Buy In Every Work Window
- 16 Sit Ups with abmat on a 45 lb – shoulders to floor touch
- 8 Burpee Box Overs (no DBall)
If the 100 meter sled push is completed within the working windows, athlete’s score is a time. If the 100 meter sled push is not completed, the athlete’s score is total distance covered with the sled.
Event 3: Magnum P.I.
- 400 meter Run for time
This event is additionally featured as a Virtual Flex-Up, open from Monday, March 28 at 11 a.m. to Friday, April 1 at 12 p.m. Humphreys Games competitors are not eligible to win the Virtual Flex-Up version of this event. Virtual Flex-Up winners (first place male and female submissions) will be announced at the Humphreys Games aware ceremony and contacted via submission method. Submissions must be a screenshot of any standard GPS tracking mobile app that clearly shows distance and time for the 400 meter completion. Submissions may be sent via Facebook Messenger to Caleigh Magana on the Humphreys MWR Fitness Facebook Group or via email to caleigh.s.magana.naf@army.mil by Friday, April 1 at 12 p.m.
Event 4: Baywatch
For time, 12 minute time cap
- 3 Rounds of Dumbbell "DT"
- 30 Handstand Push Ups
- 2 Rounds of Dumbbell "DT"
- 20 Handstand Push Ups
- 1 Round of Dumbbell "DT"
- 10 Handstand Push Ups
Tough Division:
Instead of handstand push ups, this division will complete 20, 15 and 10 Box Walks, from the floor, to hands below hips and back to the floor. Dumbbells (25*/15**).
1 round of Dumbbell DT is the following:
- 12 Dumbbell Deadlifts (40*/25**)
- 9 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
- 6 Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overheads
*: male; **: female

No Fee for competition only.
$20 for competition and event t-shirt.

Must be 18 years or older (17 if Active Duty) to participate.
