Group Fitness and Aerobics Class Schedule

Our fitness and aerobic schedule has it all, and for every level - whether you want yoga, high intensity, low impact or dance we've got the moves that will energize and tone you.

Fitness classes are offered at $4 per class or buy 10 and get one free with a $40 Group Fitness Class Punch Pass. Punch Passes are tied directly to the patron’s DoD ID card. Punch Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire 90 days after purchase date. All participants must check in at the front desk to collect a class receipt.

Classes run from 45 to 60 minutes.

When a Group Fitness Class is in session, the room is reserved for class participants. Facility patrons should refrain from entering and exiting the room until the class has finished.

Note: Patrons must be 18 years of age or older (17 if Active Duty) to participate in classes.

Group Fitness Instructors Wanted

Family and MWR is looking for certified, experienced, high-energy Group Fitness Instructors. 

Looking for class styles like HIIT, Indoor Cycling, Floor Pilates, Kickboxing, Circuit Training or Step.

BARBELL BASICS

BARBELL BASICS

Learn the fundamentals of barbell lifts such as deadlift, back squat, bench press, overhead press, and more, for the purpose of learning injury prevention skills and effective strength training.

HIGH FITNESS

High Fitness - Old school aerobics is back with a modern twist set to music you know and love. This 50 minute workout is a mix of cardio and toning for an effective and FUN full-body workout. You will leave wanting more! All fitness levels welcome.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA - Syncing high intensity cardio and conditioning moves to music to create an optimal total body HITT (High Intensity Tempo Training). Tempo driven, the strength of the beat will challenge your muscles and cardio system to find power, strength, speed, stamina and mobility. A doable class for all fitness levels. Discover the athlete within you; feel the force, the energy and get fit!

VINYASA FLOW

VINYASA FLOW – A yoga practice that synchronizes movement with breath. In this class, you can expect a steady warm up with balanced sequencing, seamless transitions, and time to relax. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. This class is appropriate for all levels.
